"Our Fantastic Seasonal blend is a real treat, and a staff favourite! This blend is based on the smooth bodies of our Brazilian and Colombian varietals. With a lighter mouthfeel and lower acidity, this blend rings a smooth caramel body together with a balanced and delicate acidity to create a stunning, well balanced coffee. Nelson Rodriguez - Colombia
"With the family farms hailing from the hills of Pensil, Nelson and his sisters are second generation farmers, in charge of the overall production of these special lots.
With a focus on organic horticulture, they provide all their own crops with on farm produced fertilisers, ensuring the best quality and health of the crops they tend to.
This incredible bean has been harvested from lot 507, grown at 1780masl.
After picking, the crops are placed into wooden barrels where they are left for up to 36 hours before being pulped, washed and returned to the same barrels to further ferment. They are then dried on open beds under shade and finally placed in grain pro bags. This process ensures the highest quality and the optimum humidity for their prized beans."
